Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened products from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 7 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
  • Any refunds for items purchased within bundle sets are not accepted separately.
  • All bundles or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
  • Packages returned back to due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email or whatsapp indicating your Name, Screen Shot of order and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 7 days from receipt. After 7 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by Chapra’s Beauty Shop you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Mistake or Damaged Order:

Please email within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 20 days from delivery date for security purposes.
